How to Collect Your Passport in the Philippine Consulate in Dubai

The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Dubai is releasing the list of passports ready for collection in Dubai. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila is delivering the passports on a regular basis and passport list is updated at the same time.

Can I authorise someone to collect my passport?
Yes. The passport owner should provide an Authorisation Letter, Old Passport, Original Receipt, Claim Stub and Valid ID.

Is there any dress code when collecting the passport?
Yes. As written on the PCG website, slippers and shorts are not permissible.

What is the duration of uncollected passports?
Six (6) months from the date of issuance.

What are the timings of PCG in Dubai?
For passport release, 8am to 12nn and 1pm to 5pm.
